Terms and Conditions

Tumbler Scheduling:

- After purchasing a tumbler, please click the link to schedule a date and time for your cup to be made. This link is also in your email conformation.

Tumbler Creation "Guidelines":

- Colors MUST be selected at checkout in order for your cup to be made.

- For your tumbler to be made, it MUST be scheduled using the above link, which can also be found in your email conformation.

- All tumblers are made on TikTok live. Your cup will be made live at the date and time it is scheduled.

- Lives may be cancelled at anytime. We will reach out to you to reschedule your tumbler if it is affected by a cancellation.

Tumbler Turn-Around Time:

- After the day your cup is made, please allow 20-25 business days (business days are Monday-Friday excluding major and federal holidays) for your order to be shipped.

*This is subject to change based on order volume and order size. Please allow more time for larger orders!*

Glitter, Candle, and Waxmelt Orders: 

- All glitter orders will be packed within 1-3 business days from order date.

- All candle and waxmelt orders will be packed within 1-3 business days from order date.

- Please allow up to 5 business days from order date for items to be shipped.

Merchandise Orders:

All Creekwood merchandise is created and shipped by CraftInColorCo. All merchandise orders must be placed through their website! Merchandise are pre-order only, so please allow extra time for material to be ordered. All questions should be directly sent to CraftInColorCo to better serve your needs.

Return and Exchange Policy:

We do not accept returns or exchanges. There is a $10 cancellation fee for orders cancelled two weeks prior to schedule date and $15 for orders canceled one week prior to schedule date, if you wish to cancel your order.
